Additionally, you are not permitted to extract or modify the application's source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative works of our application. The application, trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and all other intellectual property rights related to the application are the exclusive property of KARTLI ENERGY LLC (hereinafter referred to as “MartEV”).

LLC "KARTLI ENERGY" is committed to making the application as useful and efficient as possible. Consequently, we reserve the right to make changes to the application and to charge fees for the services provided by the application at any time and for any reason. We will never ask you to pay for the application or its services without providing a clear explanation, ensuring you understand what you are paying for. To provide our services, the “MartEV“ application collects and processes personal information you provide. It is your responsibility to safeguard your phone and the application from unauthorized access. We recommend avoiding jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as these actions remove the security restrictions imposed by the official operating system, potentially making your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, or other malicious programs. Such vulnerabilities may weaken your device’s security and could cause the “MartEV” application to malfunction or become unusable. KARTLIENERGY LLC will not be liable for any issues arising from these actions.

The application’s specific features require an active internet connection, which may be provided via Wi-Fi or by your mobile service provider. KARTLIENERGY LLC is not responsible for any issues that arise due to lack of or unstable internet connectivity

Usage Outside Wi-Fi Zones:

If you use the application outside of a Wi-Fi zone, please be aware that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. As a result, you may incur charges from your mobile network provider for internet usage. You are responsible for such charges, including roaming fees if you use the application outside of your country or region without disabling roaming. If you are not the person directly paying any charges incurred from using the application via a specific device, “MartEV” assumes that you have obtained permission from the legal owner of the device to use the application.
